The beauty of Table Mountain, Lion’s Head, and the Atlantic Seaboard coastline from the comfort of a kayak is truly unmatched.
Our 2-hour Kayak Tour launches from Three Anchor Bay Beach, guiding you past the Green Point lighthouse and along the spectacular coastline toward the V&A Waterfront before cruising back to our starting point.
Dolphins, seals, penguins, sunfish, and even the occasional whale frequent these Cape Town waters. While sightings vary from day to day, every outing delivers an immersive experience that awakens all the senses.

- Children must be 8 years or older (under 18s must be accompanied by an adult)

No previous kayaking experience is required; however, participants must be able to swim

Itinerary
- 1. Guests should arrive at least 10–15 minutes prior to departure.
- 2. A safety briefing will commence before the tour is scheduled to depart.
- 3. The 2 hour Kayak Tour will take you along the stunning Atlantic Seaboard coastline from Three Anchor Bay, past the Green Point lighthouse and towards the V&A Waterfront, before cruising back to base.
- 4. Depending on ocean conditions, the time on the ocean may vary between 1 hour 45 minutes and 2 hours.
Where to meet
On the beach at Three Anchor Bay. Please arrive 15 minutes before your tour — we’ll meet you on the sand with all your equipment ready. Look for our light grey kayaks with bright yellow seats, each branded “Glide Kayak Adventures”.
